Description

Alkoomi Grazing Collection Cabernet Merlot is an everyday red from Frankland River in Western Australia.

Cabernet and Merlot ripen reliably in the Great Southern's long, cool season, giving a medium-bodied red with firm structure rather than sweetness. The Grazing Collection is the estate's entry range. Alkoomi has been family-owned since Merv and Judy Lange planted the vineyard in 1971, with the second generation now running it.

Serve at 16 degrees with roast chicken, lamb or a mushroom dish. Drink over the next six years.
