Description

Alkoomi Grazing Collection Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends the two Bordeaux white varieties from Frankland River.

Semillon lends weight and length to Sauvignon Blanc's aromatics, a pairing Western Australia has long favoured. Alkoomi grows both at Wingebellup, where Merv and Judy Lange planted the sub-region's first vines in 1971. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young for early drinking.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or fresh cheeses. Drink within three years.
