Alkoomi Grazing Late Harvest 2024

Alkoomi Grazing Collection Late Harvest is a sweet white from fruit left on the vine past normal picking.

Leaving grapes to hang concentrates sugar while the cool Frankland River nights hold acidity in place, which is what keeps a wine like this balanced rather than cloying. Alkoomi has farmed at Wingebellup in the Great Southern since 1971. Fermentation is stopped while natural sweetness remains.

Serve cold at 8 degrees with fruit desserts, pastries or a blue cheese. Drink within five years.
