Alois Lageder Terra Alpina Pinot Bianco Dolomiti 2023

Alois Lageder Terra Alpina Pinot Bianco is a dry white from the alpine vineyards of northern Italy.

Pinot Bianco, known as Pinot Blanc in France and Weissburgunder across the border, is one of the Alto Adige's best white grapes: restrained, appley and firm in acidity, it suits the altitude and cold nights of the Dolomiti zone better than more aromatic varieties. The Lageder family has worked here since 1823. The wine is fermented cool and bottled without oak.

Serve at 10 degrees with asparagus, white fish or a mild cheese. Drink within four years.
