Description

Alois Lageder Terra Alpina Pinot Grigio is drawn from vineyards in the shadow of the Dolomites.

The Dolomiti designation covers the alpine country of Trentino and the Alto Adige, where vineyards sit high enough that the nights stay cold through summer and the grapes keep their acidity. Terra Alpina means alpine earth, and the range is built on fruit from growers working to the family's standards. Lageder has farmed at Magrè since 1823 and runs its estate biodynamically.

Serve at 10 degrees with mountain cheeses, pork or river fish. Drink within four years.
