Amelia Park Reserve Chardonnay is drawn from the best Margaret River parcels of the vintage.

The Reserve wines take selected fruit and give it more cellar work than the standard range, in this case barrel fermentation and extended lees ageing. Margaret River's maritime climate is what makes that possible without the wine turning heavy: the acidity stays intact through ripening. Amelia Park has been making wine since 2009.

Serve at 12 degrees with crab, roast chicken or a rich fish dish. It develops over seven years.
