Description

Amelia Park Reserve Shiraz is a selection from the winery's best Frankland River parcels.

Frankland River, inland in the Great Southern, has the cool continental conditions that give Shiraz its white-pepper lift and firm structure, which is why the sub-region is one of the two places in Western Australia the variety is taken seriously. The Reserve tier receives longer maturation in French oak than the standard wine.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast beef, lamb or a rich stew. It develops over a decade.
