Description
Amelia Park Trellis Rosé is the dry, pale rosé in the estate's entry range.
Amelia Park was founded in 2009 by winemaker Jeremy Gordon, who had worked at Evans & Tate and Houghton before starting his own label with his wife Daniela. The fruit comes from the family's own vineyards and long-held contracts across the south west of Western Australia, with the Trellis wines drawn from Frankland River in the Great Southern. The rosé is picked early for acidity, pressed straight off the skins to keep the colour light, and fermented cool in stainless steel with no oak.
Serve well chilled at 8 degrees with prawns, salads, soft cheese or anything off the barbecue. Drink it young.
