Description

Amelia Park Trellis Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is the classic white blend of Western Australia, made for early drinking.

The Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon pairing is the signature white of Margaret River, where a maritime climate and gravelly soils give Semillon more weight and Sauvignon Blanc more restraint than either finds elsewhere in Australia. Amelia Park was founded in 2009 by Jeremy and Daniela Gordon and draws on estate vineyards and long-standing growers across the region. Both parcels are pressed and fermented separately in stainless steel at low temperature, then blended, with no oak used.

Serve at 8 to 10 degrees with oysters, grilled fish, goat's cheese or a green salad. Drink within two years.
