Angas Brut Premium Cuvée NV

Angas Brut Premium Cuvée is a light, crisp Australian sparkling made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The range is made by Yalumba, the family-owned winery in Angaston in South Australia's Barossa, and both the range and the town take their name from George Fife Angas, one of the early settlers of the colony. For decades it has been one of Australia's best known sparkling labels, offering a reliable, well-made bubbly at an approachable price. The two classic sparkling grapes, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, are blended for freshness and a little depth. Pale straw with green tints, it has citrus and red apple fruit, a light brioche note and a bright, delicate finish.

Serve well chilled in flutes or tulip glasses. It is an easy choice for parties, celebrations and weekend brunches, and it also works as a base for Bellinis or a splash of fruit juice. Try it with fish and chips, oysters, sushi or salty snacks, and enjoy it while young and fresh.
