Animus Distillery Bauble Core Range 3-pack is three 50ml Christmas baubles holding the Macedon Dry, Ambrosian and Arboretum gins.

Kyneton in the Macedon Ranges is where these are made, by Luke Jacques and head distiller Sarah Wallace, who grow a large share of their own botanicals and pick them on the day they distil. The three gins pull in different directions. Macedon Dry is the London Dry homage, juniper-led, with lemon myrtle and mountain pepperberry added for citrus lift and a piquant edge. Ambrosian turns towards South-East Asia, with mandarin, makrut lime leaf, ginger, galangal and white sesame seed. Arboretum is the savoury one, built on strawberry gum, bush tomato, rosemary and bay. The baubles are sealed glass ornaments, made to hang on a tree.
