Animus Distillery Sample Pack holds 100ml bottles of the Macedon Dry, Arboretum and Ambrosian gins in a branded chest.

Kyneton, in the Macedon Ranges, is home base, and the three gins here are the distillery's core range. Macedon Dry is the juniper-led benchmark, given an Australian accent by lemon myrtle and mountain pepperberry. Arboretum is the savoury one, leaning on strawberry gum, bush tomato, rosemary and bay for a resinous, herbal profile. Ambrosian looks to South-East Asia, with mandarin, makrut lime leaf, ginger, galangal and white sesame seed. Luke Jacques and head distiller Sarah Wallace grow a large share of their own botanicals and pick them on the day they distil. The three bottles arrive in a branded chest.
