Recipe

Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 200g mixed seafood (prawns, mussels, clams)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add seafood and cook until just done.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and add cherry tomatoes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Toss cooked spaghetti in the pan with the seafood mixture. Add pasta water as needed for consistency.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Tip: Serve with a slice of lemon for added freshness.
