Aphelion Callow Grenache Blanc 2025

Aphelion Callow Grenache Blanc is a dry white from the southern French variety, grown in McLaren Vale.

Grenache Blanc gives weight and texture rather than aromatics, and it holds acidity in a warm climate, which makes it a sensible planting for a region facing hotter summers. Aphelion works with growers across McLaren Vale and named the wine for one of them. The fruit is pressed gently, fermented with native yeast and matured on lees without new oak.

Serve at 11 degrees with roast fish, chicken or a herbed salad. Drink over the next five years.
