Arnaud Lambert Chenin Les Parcelles is a dry Chenin Blanc bottled as Vin de France from parcels around the domaine's Saumur holdings.

Arnaud Lambert farms from Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg on the tuffeau plateau south of the Loire, home of his family's Domaine de Saint-Just, and he also works the historic vineyards of the Château de Brézé. The estate is farmed organically, with cover crops between the rows and careful canopy work on the limestone soils, and Chenin Blanc is its calling card alongside Cabernet Franc. Les Parcelles is released as Vin de France rather than under the Saumur appellation, drawn from plots that sit outside the appellation boundary or from younger plantings, which lets the wine be made in a fresher, earlier-drinking register. It is handled simply: whole bunches to the press, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and ageing on fine lees in tank and seasoned wood to build a little texture while keeping the fruit clear and the finish dry.

An open, dry style for early drinking, good with oysters, grilled white fish and fresh cheeses; serve at around 10 degrees.
