Description

Artis Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir Single Vineyard is a cool-climate red from the Adelaide Hills in South Australia.

The Adelaide Hills run along the Mount Lofty Ranges, just east of the city of Adelaide, at altitudes high enough to make this one of the coolest wine regions on the Australian mainland. The cool conditions suit Pinot Noir, which needs a long, slow ripening season to keep its perfume and delicacy. This wine comes from a single vineyard and is made by Andrew Miller, the winemaker behind the Artis label.

It suits roast chicken, duck, salmon and mushroom dishes; serve at around 15 degrees.
