Artis Clare Valley Riesling Single Vineyard 2023

Artis Clare Valley Riesling Single Vineyard is a dry white from the Clare Valley in South Australia.

The Clare Valley, north of Adelaide, is one of the two great Riesling districts of Australia. Its vineyards sit at altitude, and although the days are warm the nights are cold, which holds the acidity in the grapes. The style is bone dry, with lime and citrus in youth and a toasty character with bottle age. This wine comes from a single vineyard and is made by Andrew Miller, the winemaker behind the Artis label.

It suits oysters, grilled whiting, salt and pepper squid and Thai or Vietnamese dishes; serve well chilled.
