Ashbrook Estate Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Ashbrook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon comes from mature vines on the family's Wilyabrup vineyard.

Wilyabrup is the heart of Margaret River Cabernet country, its gravelly loam over granite and maritime climate producing wines of blackcurrant fruit and fine, firm tannin. Ashbrook planted here in the 1970s, among the first in the region, and the estate remains family owned. The wine is fermented in small vessels and matured in French oak.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb, beef or hard cheese. It develops over fifteen years.
