Ashbrook Estate Margaret River Chardonnay 2025

Ashbrook Estate Chardonnay comes from one of Margaret River's founding family vineyards at Wilyabrup.

Ashbrook was established in the 1970s, among the earliest plantings in the region, on the gravelly loam of Wilyabrup that has since proved the best ground in Margaret River for Chardonnay and Cabernet. The estate has stayed in the Devitt family's hands and sells most of its wine direct. The maritime climate, with the Indian Ocean on both sides of the cape, gives a long ripening season.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a soft cheese. It develops over seven years.
