Ashbrook Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white from the family's Wilyabrup vineyards.

Sauvignon Blanc in Margaret River gives a riper, rounder wine than in cooler regions, with citrus and tropical fruit rather than cut grass, because the maritime climate ripens it fully. Ashbrook has farmed at Wilyabrup since the 1970s, making it one of the region's founding estates. The wine is fermented cool and bottled early.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or goat's cheese. Drink within three years.
