Ashbrook Margaret River Riesling 2026

Ashbrook Estate Riesling is a dry white from Wilyabrup, an unusual variety for Margaret River.

Riesling is rare in Margaret River, which is warm by the standards of Clare or the Eden Valley, but the Indian Ocean's influence keeps acidity in place and the wines come out floral and citrus-driven. Ashbrook has grown it since the estate's early years in the 1970s. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled dry.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or lightly spiced dishes. It will develop over eight years.
