Ashbrook Margaret River Semillon 2023

Ashbrook Estate Semillon is a dry varietal white, uncommon on its own in Margaret River.

Semillon is usually blended with Sauvignon Blanc here, so bottling it alone is a choice about texture: on Wilyabrup's gravelly soils it gives a fuller, waxier wine with the structure to age a few years. Ashbrook has been farming this ground since the 1970s and remains family owned.

Serve at 10 degrees with fish, chicken or a creamy pasta. Drink over the next five years.
