Ashbrook Estate Verdelho is a dry white from a Portuguese variety long grown in Australia.

Verdelho arrived in Australia in the nineteenth century for fortified wine and settled into the warmer regions as a dry white, giving tropical fruit character with enough acidity to stay fresh. In Margaret River the maritime climate keeps it lively. Ashbrook, one of the region's founding estates, has grown it at Wilyabrup for decades.

Serve at 9 degrees with Thai food, prawns or roast chicken. Drink within three years.
