Audrey Wilkinson Chardonnay 2025

Audrey Wilkinson Chardonnay comes from one of the oldest vineyard sites in the Hunter Valley, on Oakdale Road at Pokolbin.

Audrey Wilkinson planted here in 1866, on a ridge looking across to the Brokenback Range, and the property has been in continuous production since. The Hunter is warm and humid, so Chardonnay is picked early and handled gently, which is how the region's whites keep their acidity. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed and fermented with a portion in French oak, the rest in tank.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, prawns or a creamy pasta. Drink over the next five years.
