Audrey Wilkinson Light Rosé 2023

Audrey Wilkinson Light Rosé is a dry, lower-alcohol rosé from the estate's Pokolbin vineyards.

Lighter styles have found a place in Australian drinking over the past few years, and the Hunter's early harvest suits them: fruit picked at lower sugar gives a wine with less alcohol but enough acidity to stay interesting. The vineyard dates from 1866 and sits on the slopes below the Brokenback Range. The wine is pressed straight away and fermented cool in stainless steel.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a warm afternoon. Drink within two years.
