Audrey Wilkinson Moscato 2024

Audrey Wilkinson Moscato is a lightly sparkling, low-alcohol sweet white made from Muscat.

Moscato is fermented only part-way, which leaves natural grape sweetness, a gentle spritz and alcohol usually around five or six per cent. The style comes from Piedmont but has become an Australian staple. The fruit is picked early and handled cool throughout to keep the grape's floral aromatics intact, then bottled young.

Serve very cold at 7 degrees with fruit, pavlova or on its own in the afternoon. Drink within a year or two.
