Audrey Wilkinson Semillon 2025

Audrey Wilkinson Semillon is a classic Hunter Valley white, picked early and made without oak.

Hunter Semillon is unlike any other white in the world: harvested at low sugar, fermented cool in tank and bottled immediately, it starts out lean and citrus-driven and turns toasty and honeyed after a decade. The estate has grown it at Pokolbin since 1866. Nothing is added in the cellar; the style depends entirely on picking date and restraint.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, whitebait or a green salad. Drink now or cellar for a decade.
