Description

Audrey Wilkinson Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends the Hunter's signature white with Sauvignon Blanc for early drinking.

Semillon on its own needs years to show its best; blending it with Sauvignon Blanc gives a wine that is ready straight away, with the Sauvignon supplying aromatics and the Semillon lending structure. The pairing is borrowed from Bordeaux. The estate's Pokolbin vineyards date from 1866. Both varieties are fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or goat's cheese. Drink within three years.
