Audrey Wilkinson Winemaker's Selection Semillon 2023

Audrey Wilkinson Winemaker's Selection Semillon is a single-parcel bottling of the Hunter's signature white.

This comes from the blocks the winemaker judges best each year, made the same simple way as all good Hunter Semillon: picked early at low sugar, pressed gently, fermented cool in tank and bottled without oak. The style rewards patience, turning from citrus and grass to toast and honey over ten to twenty years. The estate has grown Semillon at Pokolbin since 1866.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, sashimi or a lemon-dressed salad. It will age for fifteen years.
