Aux Roches Neuves by Jerome Paressant is a photographic book documenting a biodynamic estate in the Loire Valley.

The photographs were taken between 2013 and 2019 at Domaine des Roches Neuves in Varrains, Maine-et-Loire, inside the Saumur-Champigny appellation. Thierry Germain and his team make some of the Loire's most admired wines there, working biodynamically, and the photographer follows both the plant cycle and the winemaker's year through the seasons. The result is a visual record of the work, not a technical manual: pruning, flowering, harvest, cellar. The images carry the narrative, and they are printed at a size that does them justice.
