Bandini Prosecco NV 1.5L MAGNUM

Bandini Prosecco comes from Valdobbiadene, the steep hill country at the heart of the appellation.

Prosecco is made from Glera by the tank method, with its second fermentation in a sealed pressurised vessel rather than in bottle, which preserves the floral, pear-scented character that bottle ageing would bury. Valdobbiadene sits in the hills north of Venice, where the slopes are so steep that the work is done by hand; the area was given UNESCO World Heritage status in 2019.

Serve cold at 7 degrees as an aperitif, or with antipasti and fried food. Drink young.
