Battle of Bosworth Dissident Field Blend 2025

Battle of Bosworth Dissident Field Blend is an organically grown McLaren Vale white made from several varieties picked and fermented together.

In a field blend the grapes come in and are handled as one, not blended after the fact, so what ends up in the bottle reflects the whole vineyard. It's one of the estate's more experimental bottlings, alongside the Heretic and Exile. The Bosworth family farm organically at Willunga, where Gulf St Vincent breezes cool the late afternoons.

Aromatic and textural, with more grip than you'd get from a single variety. Serve at 8–10°C with Middle Eastern mezze, spiced chicken or soft cheeses. Reach for it where you'd normally pour an aromatic Italian or Rhône-style white.
