Description

Battle of Bosworth Expat Pinot Noir is a light, early-drinking red from an organic producer in McLaren Vale.

Pinot is the odd one out in a range mostly built on warm-climate reds, hence the name. The grapes are handled gently and the wine is made to be opened young, holding on to its red-fruit character and soft tannins. Everything is farmed organically by Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith at Willunga.

Red cherry and strawberry, finishing silky. Chill it lightly to 13–15°C and have it with duck, salmon or charcuterie. Drink it young while the fruit is at its brightest.
