Description

Battle of Bosworth Puritan Shiraz is an organically grown McLaren Vale red made with no added preservatives.

Leaving out sulphur changes how a wine is made and kept. Here it means bottling young and fresh, with the idea that you drink it within a year or two of vintage. The fruit comes from Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith's organic vines at Willunga.

Bright, juicy plum and berry with soft tannins. Keep it somewhere cool, drink it young, and finish the bottle within a day of opening. At 14–16°C it's good with pizza, burgers or roast vegetables.
