Description

Battle of Bosworth Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, organically grown McLaren Vale white, made simply and bottled early.

Stainless steel and a cool ferment keep things straightforward here, and early bottling holds on to the freshness and varietal character. The grapes come from the family's organic vineyard at Willunga, in the southern foothills of the region.

Citrus and passionfruit, with crisp acidity. Chill it well (6–8°C) and pour it with goat's cheese, oysters or a green salad. Drink it young, while it's at its freshest.
