Battle of Bosworth Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Battle of Bosworth Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, zesty white from an organic estate in McLaren Vale.

Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith grow these grapes without herbicides on their Willunga property, and the yellow soursob weeds on the label are the giveaway. In the winery the approach is simple: a cool fermentation in steel tanks, then into bottle early.

Expect passionfruit and citrus with a crisp finish. It's good with oysters, goat's cheese or a simple green salad, served well chilled at 6–8°C. Best in its youth.
