Beautiful Isle Ice Gewürztraminer 375ml is a luscious, ice-style dessert wine in a half bottle, from Deviot in Tasmania's Tamar Valley.

Freezing the juice concentrates it, so fermentation finishes with high residual sugar, around 100 grams per litre, kept fresh by the region's natural acidity. The grape is an aromatic one that suits Tasmania's cool season. The fruit is grown on the western side of the estuary, where the water helps moderate frost.

Lychee, rose and ginger spice, rich and luscious but cut with fresh acidity. Chill it to 6–8°C and serve with fruit tarts, blue cheese or pâté.
