Bellvale Pinot Gris 2025

Bellvale Pinot Gris is a fragrant, generous Gippsland white with perfume, texture and energy.

This small Victorian producer grows its grapes in Gippsland, a cool region south-east of Melbourne where sea breezes temper summer heat. That slow ripening lets Pinot Gris build ripe fruit and texture while holding fresh acidity. The wine opens with ripe orchard fruits, delicate florals and a thread of sweet spice, and the palate is supple with concentrated fruit around a bright line of acidity.

Well chilled, it makes a lovely aperitif, and also suits pork and fennel sausages, chicken schnitzel, or spicy stir-fries. Drink young.
