Bellvale Pinot Noir is a lifted, finely detailed cool-climate Pinot Noir from Gippsland.

Victoria's Gippsland region has earned a quiet reputation for Pinot Noir, thanks to a cool climate moderated by the nearby ocean. Bellvale's vineyard gives fruit with purity and finesse, and the wine is made to reflect the site. Fragrant red fruits sit with subtle herbal notes and a hint of spice, and the palate is lively with crunchy acidity and fine, silky tannins leading to a long, graceful finish.

Serve lightly cool at 14 to 15 degrees. Try it with roast quail, salmon, charcuterie or a mushroom tart. Delicious young, it should also build interest over several years.
