Description

BiancaVigna Prosecco Brut is made from Glera grown in the Veneto hills of north-east Italy.

Prosecco is made by the tank method, with its second fermentation in a sealed pressurised tank rather than in bottle, which preserves the floral, pear-scented character of Glera that bottle ageing would bury. Brut is the driest of the standard sweetness levels. The estate is based at Conegliano, in the heart of the hills that produce the appellation's best wine.

Serve cold at 7 degrees as an aperitif, or with antipasti and fried food. Drink young.
