Description

BiancaVigna Prosecco Brut DOCG in magnum, from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills.

The DOCG covers the steep hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, where the vineyards are so sheer that the work is done entirely by hand; it sits above the broader Prosecco DOC of the plains. The area was given UNESCO World Heritage status in 2019. Glera is fermented in tank to keep its floral character.

Serve cold at 7 degrees as an aperitif or with antipasti. A magnum serves twelve.
