Description
BiancaVigna Prosecco Rosé DOC Brut is a vintage-dated pink Prosecco from the hills of Conegliano.
Prosecco Rosé is a recent category: it was only permitted from the 2020 harvest, must be a vintage wine, and must blend Glera with a small proportion of Pinot Nero, which supplies the colour. BiancaVigna is run by Elena and Enrico Moschetta from the family property at Ogliano, east of Conegliano, where their grandfather first planted vines. The wine is made by the Charmat method in pressure tanks, with a longer than usual rest on the lees, and finished Brut so it stays dry.
Serve cold at 6 to 8 degrees as an aperitivo, or with prosciutto, salmon or fried seafood.
*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur. If you are after a specific vintage, please contact us prior to ordering.
