Black Cottage Rosé 2025

Black Cottage Rosé is a dry Marlborough pink wine, pale and crisp in style.

Rosé made from fruit picked specifically for the purpose, rather than bled off a red ferment, comes out drier and more savoury, and Marlborough's cool nights give it the acidity the style needs. The juice is pressed straight to tank and fermented cool to keep the colour pale.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years of the vintage.
