Black Cottage Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Black Cottage Sauvignon Blanc is a Marlborough white made in the region's classic aromatic style.

Marlborough occupies the dry, sunny north-east corner of the South Island, where the Wairau and Awatere valleys and a wide day-night temperature range give Sauvignon Blanc the aromatic intensity that made New Zealand's reputation. The fruit is pressed gently and fermented cool in stainless steel to keep those aromatics intact.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, goat's cheese or green vegetables. Drink within two years of the vintage.
