Blank Canvas Abstract Sauvignon Blanc Three Rows Marlborough is a textural, small-batch Sauvignon Blanc from a handful of selected vine rows.

The region made its name with crisp, tank-fermented Sauvignon Blanc, and this is the couple's alternative take. The fruit comes from a few chosen rows and gets more hands-on winemaking, which builds texture, depth and the ability to age. Winemaker Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson MW have decades of experience between them, in New Zealand and abroad.

Richer and more layered than the usual regional style, with a long, fresh finish. Don't serve it too cold: 9–11°C lets the texture show. Good with scallops, roast chicken or soft cheeses.
