Blank Canvas Meta Riesling is a sweet-leaning Marlborough Riesling in a half bottle, made for the end of a meal.

Cool nights and long autumns let Riesling hang on the vine here, gathering sweetness while holding on to its bright acidity. That acidity is what keeps a sweeter style like this from ever feeling heavy or cloying. The fruit comes from an individual grower, and Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson MW handle it with a fairly light touch.

Luscious yet racy, with honeyed citrus and a clean, bright finish. Chill it to 6–8°C and pour it with fruit tarts, blue cheese or spicy Asian dishes.
