Blank Canvas Tano Chardonnay 2024

Blank Canvas Tano Chardonnay is the top Marlborough Chardonnay in the Blank Canvas range, more concentrated and structured than its siblings.

Made in small quantities, this sits above the vineyard-named Chardonnay in the line-up. Fermentation and maturation in barrel build texture and depth, while the region's natural acidity keeps it long and focused. Behind the label are Matt Thomson, with decades of experience in New Zealand and Italy, and Sophie Parker-Thomson MW.

Rich yet precise, with stone fruit, citrus, toasted nuts and a long finish. Lobster, roast pork, veal and aged hard cheeses are all good matches; serve at 10–12°C.
