Bleasdale Vineyards Blanc de Blancs NV

Bleasdale Vineyards Blanc de Blancs is the winery's first sparkling made entirely from Chardonnay.

With the Adelaide Hills known for high-quality cool-climate Chardonnay, it was the obvious place for this long-established Langhorne Creek family winery to source fruit for its Blanc de Blancs. Careful fruit selection keeps the wine fresh-fruited, and time on lees adds nutty complexity and interest. The result is an elegant, crisp sparkling with green apple acidity and hints of almond biscotti. It marks a new style for a winery that has been in the Potts family since 1850.

Serve chilled, at around 8 to 10 degrees. A good match for oysters, smoked salmon blinis and crumbed calamari, or simply open it with friends before dinner.
