Bleasdale Vineyards Sparkling Shiraz is a rich, deep-coloured Australian sparkling red.

Sparkling red is a proudly Australian style, and Langhorne Creek Shiraz, with its generous fruit and soft tannins, is well suited to it. This is a multi-vintage blend, combining wines from several harvests to give depth and consistency. Bleasdale, founded by Frank Potts in 1850 and still owned by the family, makes it with dark berry aromas, sweet plum and spice, and a velvety, smooth palate with silky tannins.

Serve chilled. A classic choice for Christmas lunch with glazed ham or roast turkey, and also good with duck, barbecued lamb or a chocolate dessert.
