Blind Corner Verde In Colour 2026

Blind Corner Verde In Colour is a lightly spritzy white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from Margaret River.

The name points to Vinho Verde, the Portuguese style built on youth, low alcohol and a prickle of gas, and that is the template here: a small batch from the Goulds' organic and biodynamic Quindalup vineyard, bottled with a little carbon dioxide still dissolved in it. Winemaking is stripped back, with wild fermentation, no acid adjustment, no fining, and a portion aged in barrel to give it some grip. The 2026 season was steady and low-stress, which shows up in the clean fruit and the balance. Everything is made in-house.

Crisp and refreshing, with lime, green apple and a faint saline edge, plus just enough spritz to keep it lively. Serve very cold, 6 to 8 degrees. Oysters, grilled sardines, or a hot day on the deck.
